First and foremost, why do you want to change your personality?

If he doesn't like you for you then to heck with him!

Loosing weight and everything should also be a health concern for you and not for others. And of course the typical standards would apply: don't eat junk, exercise, drink plenty of fluids (since people sometimes mistake thirst for hunger.) Last thought-when you like yourself; your self confidence is a turn on to men. So remember how beautiful you are and when you love yourself others will notice.
It is good that you want to get healthy... but do you really want to change your entire being just to impress some guy?



First of all you need to work on your self-esteem. I listed a link below with things you can do to help. Just keep the things you like about yourself in mind.

Has a calculator to help give you a ballpark of how much you need to eat a day to stay healthy, but still lose weight. Write down what you eat each day and what the calories add up to. It makes you more aware of what you are putting in your mouth. Try to make as many of those calories healthy calories as possible, but allow yourself a treat every now and then so that you don't end up blowing it by pigging out after denying yourself so long.



Take a multivitamin.. does wonders for your energy, hair, nails, %26amp; skin



Exercise for 30 mins a day 5 times a week. You can do all kinds of things. Go for walks, dance classes, dance around the house, start a game of frisbee or soccer at the park.. even cleaning your house burns calories.



Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. It is good for both your skin, health, energy, and weight. If you drink a glass of water before your meals you will not feel as hungry and oftentimes people mistake thirst for hungery. Plus if you are drinking water then you aren't getting empty calories from sodas etc.
Interesting that you tie all these together... losing weight and getting fit are connected with changing how you think (that is: changing your personality).



Here's the funny thing - taking care of your health is something you do for *yourself* not because it impresses someone else. Oh, maybe having a great partner is a nice side benefit of good health. But the thing that will have attracted them is your desire to be healthy and living an active and interesting life. THAT is what attracts a guy - your being a cool person, not just acting a certain way because you *think* it will get his attention.
Vomit after every meal. That's what my brother did, and he looks amazing.



As for your personality, I'd go to a local truck stop once you lose the weight. Learn how to talk to the men. Learn how to make them want your sexy new body. Perhaps you could earn a bit of extra spending money while you're there. Once you have mastered the taming of a trucker, you will have a personality that this beau will surely be attracted to!
Eat slightly less, exercise slightly more. Drinking lots of water will also improve your skin. I also find regular stretching improves my muscle tone and makes my legs look slimmer. Just try to stay healthy. I know everyone says it but don't go on a crash diet - then you don't look fit, you look scarily thin and alien.

Well I think trying to change your personality for someone else is f****** ridiculous and shows just how desperate you must be! Don't change who you are inside, and only change your body if it's for yourself.
You are Sexy! Think it. And it will be reality.
