My cousin told me that he hates the way he is and he wants to complety change but i really dont know how to help him. how can someone change the way their personality is ?Personality Change???

By reviewing all his qualities. Taking an inventory of himself and searching for what drives his bad qualities. Then reviewing his good qualities and learning how to increase the use of those and appreciate them more. Finding out what qualities he admires in other people and how to implement them in his own life.
It sounds like a great opportunity for him to grow and form his identity.
he's lying. first of all,he wouldn't act like he is if he hate his personality.
