How much does a puppies personality change as they get older?

my puppy right now is great he follows me without a leash listens love other dogs and people also he very kind to the kittens i am taking care i heard as they get sexually mature they change run away does not listen etc but he got neutered at 8 weeks does that still apply to him since he got neutered before he sexually maturedHow much does a puppies personality change as they get older?
yea it still applies. Some cases: Forget all obedience commands (happened to my friend lol) forget house training... (eww) start pushing your buttons to see how far he can go without getting consenquences. he wont follow you off leash, more inclined to chase things rather then be with you. =) thats when you have to be really strict with your dog but this happens in 8-12 months. Keep you dog on the leash at all times though outside you never know when a car comes by or an aggressive dog attacks.
